Firstly : Bravo Zulu (well done!) to the New Zealand Government !!! That was a masterclass in Transformational Leadership and saved thousands of Kiwis. I hope you have the resolve to stay the course.

To date, New Zealand has successfully negotiated this awful minefield.. which means we are uniquely beautiful, but vulnerable. Other countries have not fared so well.

Much as we have enjoyed the company of our many overseas visitors in our yachts in the Hauraki Gulf in the past, it looks like until a reliable vaccine, quick diagnostic test, or antiviral treatment is found, there are likely to be severe constraints on international travel to New Zealand. It is becoming increasingly likely that there could be some additional access for Australian visitors. However there are also indications there could (and should) be continued constraints on other entries, and that this may well continue up to and through the planned racing events in Auckland next year.

So. At the moment we welcome bookings from Kiwis and perhaps Australians who want to reconnect with our beautiful coast. (You don't need Croatia or the BVI's when you have the Hauraki Gulf and the Northland Coast!) For other overseas visitors, we welcome enquiries, but it would have to be on the basis that in our view there's a good chance that you won't be allowed to come, (much as we'd like to see you if things get better!)
